The Chief Strategy Officer
This arrangement provides your organization with a chief strategy officer (or a strategist to assist your current CSO) at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. For this type of engagement we typically meet quarterly, conduct periodic educational video conferences for staff, provide monthly strategy guides for the senior management team and facilitate your planning session(s). This type of service is the highest level offering and requires significant time and resource commitment.

The Outside Perspective
This service gives your organization an outsider that will stress test (and strengthen) your strategy. For this type of engagement we typically meet twice a year, conduct quarterly strategy check-ins with the senior management team and facilitate your planning session(s). This type of service is a significant step above the typical ‘weekend retreat’ planning approach.
